Plants and single components for wood pellet production

AWILA® specialises in the pelletisation of wood and other types of biomass. We supply complete plants for the processing of starting products, from drying, shredding, conditioning/pelleting, cooling and sieving through to the loading of trucks. Upon request we can provide our customers with the relevant single components for the pelletisation process, which can be integrated into any production line in an intelligent way.

Advice, development, installation and maintenance form an integral part of our offer. Our pellet presses are always stable and robust with strikingly silent running performance, and cope efficiently with the extreme forces and pressures occurring during the wood pelletisation process. Our wood pelletisation plants and machines adapt to the individual wishes and performance requirements of our customers. The starting materials for pressing are: wood from fast-growing trees, straw, wood shavings, wood chips, sawdust and grinding dust. AWILA® pellets are known for their high heating value and excellent handling when fed into the combustion chamber.
