It is available in three different models: painted sheet steel for indoor applications, galvanised sheet steel for outdoor applications and stainless steel for transporting aggressive products and for the food sector. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the Awila trough chain conveyor saves space and has a high throughput rate with very low noise emissions in horizontal transport. An integrated plastic cleaner or recycling bucket provides safe and hygienic residue removal from the trough. The conveyor also has an overflow protection system and an aspiration connection. The trough chain conveyor has modular expansion options. It can be fitted with a solid plastic floor for even quieter running and better residue removal by means of trough scrapers.
