Turnkey construction of a compound feed plant in Estonia

This complete, turnkey compound feed mill built by AWILA® has a capacity of 20 t/h. The plant was developed by us to customer specifications then constructed and commissioned by our engineers in just three months. It produces finished feed meals as well as special feed pellets for non-ruminants. Our compound feed mill offers innovative production of healthy animal feeds consisting of up to twelve components, with the ability to add relevant feed additives. The quality of micro-component addition, including vitamins, minerals and enzymes in liquid or powder form, depends to a large extent on highly accurate dosing. The AWILA® micro-mixer, with modular expansion options and a throughput of up to 100 l/h, guarantees optimum hygiene during this process and is a core component of the plant. The two process lines incorporate robust machine components which allow optimum adjustment of the feed composition, scaling and output as meal or pellets for the different stages in the animal’s life.
